In Short:  We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, passwords and security data, and payment information.We hold videos of your participants completing exercises which you have uploaded.

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide secure cloud infrastructure and hosting for our platform. This may involve the storage, processing, and management of user data in accordance with AWS policies.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information.

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.  

By default our servers are located in the EEA. Some of our servers are located in different countries. If you are accessing our Sites or Apps, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information, in and other countries, unless specifically agreed otherwise with you. Where there is a requirement to host/process your information outside of the EEA then it shall be in accordance with EEA standard contractual clauses.

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.  

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us unless we have your explicit permission.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can contact us using the contact information provided.  

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.

Controls for Do-Not-Track features 

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
